- Shrimp, Fresh Squid
- Scallion, onion, celery, chili garnish, minced garlic
- Sauce, necessary spices
- Sailing Boat Gold Plus cooking oil
Wash all ingredients.
Slice onion, cucumber.
Boil or Steam squid and shrimp.
Put some Sailing Boat oil in a pan, sautee minced garlic, then add cucumber to stir fry.
Next, put the boiled squid and shrimp in the pan, dilute a little fish sauce to create a new flavor.
Add the onions to stir fry, season to taste.
Wait for the ingredients to spice up, add the scallions and celery and turn off the heat.
Place the dish on a plate and garnish, better served with white rice.
