Sweet and sour crab stir-fry


  • Shelled crab
  • Crispy flour
  • Tomato, onion, green onion, minced garlic, sliced ginger
  • Vinegar, oyster oil, a flour diluted
  • Happi Koki cooking oil and essential condiments


Step 1:

Wash the ingredients

Diced tomatoes, onions

Put the crab into a crispy flour mixture

Step 2:

Deep-fry shelled crab with Happi Koki oil

Sauté minced garlic, sliced ginger, add tomatoes and onions plus a little sour vinegar, oyster oil, a little flour mixed in stirring to make the sweet and sour sauce

Season to taste and turn off the heat

Step 3:

Place the crabs on a plate and sprinkle with sauce and decorate
