Chicken’s Feet Stir Curry


  • Chân gà
  • Coconut water
  • Curry leaves, lemongrass
  • Curry sauce
  • Turmeric powder
  • Sailing Boat Gold Plus and necessary condiments.


Step 1:

Wash the chicken's feet, boil them in 2-3 minutes, take them out of a bowl, and leave them in cold water for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2:

In a hot pan, put a little Sailing Boat Gold Plus oil, sautee the lemongrass.

Add the boiled chicken feet and stir-fry them together

Add turmeric powder, curry sauce, coconut milk

Adjust the heat to stew chicken

Add the crispy curry leaves together

Season to taste

Step 3:

Serve the dish on a plate while hot with steamed rice, vermicelli, or bread.
