Stingray with soy sauce

Ingredient:

  • Ray
  • Minced garlic, ginger, scallions
  • Oyster oil, Korean chili sauce,
  • Happi Koki cooking oil and essential condiments

Instructions:

Step 1:

Wash all ingredients

Marinate the fish with a little fish sauce, seasoning seeds, a little pepper, minced garlic, mix well and leave for 10-15 minutes for the fish to infuse spices.

Step 2:

Add ginger to fragrant stir fry, Korean chili sauce, soy sauce to the island. Season to taste and add scallions to the island and turn off the heat

Put the Happi Koki oil in the pan, wait for the hot oil for the marinated rays to fry for crispy golden scrambled fish

Sprinkle the prepared sauces and garnish with some scallions.
